ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY DR. TRUETIDE ARE FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.

- You understand the hazards associated with the research chemicals purchased.
- You will not use, resell, or distribute products for any prohibited or unauthorized purpose.

By purchasing from Dr. TrueTide, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the handling and use of the products.
You assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may result, whether direct or indirect.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. TrueTide, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of any product,
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions,
- Your breach of any representations or warranties made herein.
6. Order Acceptance and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Dr. TrueTide.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
7. Shipping
We ship only within the United States. Shipping terms, timelines, and tracking details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
8. Returns and Money-Back Guarantee
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, we offer a money-back guarantee for products that arrive damaged or that do not meet quality expectations.

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental orders.
